“Fritta è buona anche una ciabatta” is a common saying in Italy – which means that you can deep fry anything (including your slippers – ‚ciabatta‘!) and it will become delicious. This codfish doesn’t really need to be deep fried – but it’s very tasty like this. First dip it in flour, then in a mixture of beaten egg and rosemary, then lastly roll it in breadcrumbs.
